Pavilion 1

Pavilion 1 (by playground and driveway)- 4 picnic tables, benches for seating & restroom access:

$25 an hour (all year) 50% refundable deposit with full payment to secure date.

Parties/Private Events

Private Party/Event: Includes Great Room, Pavilion 2, use of kitchen for food storage, 6 folding tables, 35 chairs, sound system, projector & screen

October-May 4 hours $150 + $15 heating fee

May-October 4 hours: $175

Additional hours $35/hour

Independent Practitioner

Independent Practitioner Use: host a class, session, or public event

$15/hour or % of admissions

Public Events/Programs

Public Events/Programs/Activities:

Rental fee: $50 an hour OR Lake handles registration and % of entrance fees is given to the Lake

Commercial Kitchen

Commercial Kitchen Use: for meal/food prep or class/workshops:

$25 an hour

Clubs/Community Groups

Clubs/Meetings:

Donation for agreed amount OR collect $5 donation from participants

Non Profits/Community Groups

Non Profits/Community Organizations: 25% discount on all rental fees

All Rentals require a contract.
If you are offering a program with physical activity (yoga, tai chi, gymnastics etc.) your instructor must have proof of liability insurance.
Long term rentals always have precedence over one-time requests.
If you plan to have alcohol you will need to cover licensing and/or liability.
If you will use the space on a regular or repeating basis, the price can be lower; we can discuss this with you.
If you are offering a program open to the public, free of charge, we will not charge a rental but ask that you have a donation bowl and share the donation with the Lake.
When a date, time and fee have been agreed upon we will email you a contract that will reserve your date.
